Shipping & returns policy

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched from Pune, usually within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Bulk and gifting orders are dispatched on the date agreed in your quote.

Delivery times

Indicative delivery times and charges for your pincode are shown on our delivery page. Remote areas and festival periods can take longer.

Damaged or wrong items

Food products cannot be returned once opened. If a pack arrives damaged, tampered or different from what you ordered, share an unboxing photo or video with us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
